  • I've trained at many different clubs over the years, but the facilities and level of coaching at TFMA has kept me coming back. The atmosphere is friendly and supportive, whether you are training for fitness, weight loss or to compete at one of the many competitions the club attends throughout the year.

  • I started Kickboxing 2 years ago to get fit whilst having fun. Fighting was never an intention of mine, but I naturally progressed in that direction. I have since been unbeaten in all pre-matched bouts both light continuous and full contact, recently becoming double Southern Area Champion in two organisations. Kickboxing has been so rewarding for me, has helped me gain confidence, get fit and I have so much fun whilst doing so.

I wasn't new to martial arts but I was developed in to a much better fighter with this gym. Through Chass' dedication and expert coaching I've watched people come in and lose several stone of weight in record time; I've witnessed complete beginners grow in to graded Kickboxers; I've seen titles won too!

  • I started training around 5-6 years ago to tone up and lose some weight but soon found myself working through the grading system and competing. I have fought many times including for an area title & as a Ringmasters finalist. I'm currently working towards gaining my Black Belt.
