  • Rachel is Fighting Fit

  • Rachel ‘The Sniper’ Saxby is marking her authority in the world of kickboxing.

Her most recent success was taking the women’s official full contact title at the Age of the Warrior show in Worthing. She won the five-round bout unanimously, to collect her second full contact title in six months.
She is a member of the Tiger Freestyle Martial Arts Fight Team and her coach Chass Wingrove said: “She has it all – she is brave, fast, and fit. She is an intelligent fighter who thinks her way through bouts, making adjustments as she goes. She is very skilful and we have high hopes for her.”

Tiger Freestyle is burning bright and making a big noise in the world of sport.
The professional kickboxing team is based at their Bunker23 gym headquarters at Dargate near Faversham. It features first class facilities including a boxing ring, a range of punch, kick and wall bags, pads and everything needed for successful training sessions throughout the year.

Tiger Freestyle fighters take part in competitions across the country and also internationally, with individual and team performances exceeding expectations time and again.

Regular gradings mean fighters continue their development and are officially recognised for their hard work.
Kickboxing improves your fitness and flexibility, boosts confidence, burns up to 1000 calories per session, builds stamina, loses weight, tones you up brilliantly, reduces cholesterol, and is excellent for stress relief. It is a great way to make new friends and is lots of fun.

Training sessions run on a Monday, Thursday and Friday, and there is a special offer FREE 30-day trial.
